Corresponding Measures

• ・By expressing management's intentions regarding the company's approach to information security and clarifying the code of conduct based on these intentions, we will establish and operate an Information Security Management System (hereinafter referred to as "ISMS") as appropriate. This will serve to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of important information assets, and ensure their effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
• ・In order to maintain an acceptable level of risk for all critical information assets handled, we have established systematic procedures and assessment criteria for risk assessment, and promise to take appropriate measures based on risk assessment.
• ・We value and comply with our contracts with our clients and all legal or regulatory requirements.
• ・In order to maintain and improve our ISMS, we regularly train all of our employees and monitor efficacy.

In order to build a system to safely manage and protect confidential information that is entrusted by clients, JAYTHREE, Inc. has acquired ISO27001 certification, the international standard for ISMS (Information Security Management System), as well as JISQ27001 certification, the domestic standard for information security management systems.

In accordance with our basic information security policy, we have implemented a system to ensure that our clients' confidential information is securely managed.
In the case of an emergency, our Chief Information Security Officer, a certified internal auditor, and members of the Information Security Committee will be assigned to the relevant project to resolve the issue.
