FeelKOBE+

プロジェクトの概要

We were asked to renew and create fresh content for “FeelKOBE+”, the official inbound tourist information website for the city of Kobe in Hyogo Prefecture. Non-Japanese residents of Japan (known as “SENPAI”) participated in the project, helping to select destinations that would be attractive to tourists from abroad, as well as accompanying us for interviews and photo shoots. The website was localized into four languages: English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean.

施策

Rebuilding the website with a focus on making the most of pre-existing content, and making it easier for users to read.
Creating recommended itineraries combining tourist destinations chosen from an non-Japanese perspective as well as those promoted by the Kobe Tourism Bureau.

クリエイティブのポイント

Easy-to-read content produced by non-Japanese long-term residents, with the same individuals appearing in the photos to provide an increased sense of familiarity and being in the scene. In addition, we maximized the intuitive design for responsive and stress-free access from any PC or smartphone, in addition to crafting a UI/UX with an international audience in mind.
